The agent called and told me to go to this home, site unseen by him. I thought he was mad at me. This seller was desperate to move and only had 3 weeks to get the house on the market. She said she followed me on Instagram and kind of knew what to do but wasn't sure. I walked through with her and created a report outlining priorities and everything to get her house show ready. I had my doubts she would get it all done because the report was very extensive and as you can see by the before pics, there was A LOT of work that needed to be done. The after pics are the photos the agent sent me, just under 3 weeks later. I was shocked, amazed, and SO PROUD of my sellers. They got this done in record time and sold quickly too.
