Charming Property with Acreage

This project was a bit of a tear-jerker, as they often can be. The homeowner needed to sell fast to move across the country and be with her family during their time of need. This process brought up a lot of emotion and empathy and support were huge for the seller. We had many conversations about the process, what she was going through, and getting her to the other side of this.
