We had a lot of fun doing this project from top to bottom and getting it ready for renting. Due to the joint efforts of us working on the staging and getting it beautiful along with the incredible marketing by the homeowner, this rental was booked and had a waiting list for over a year solid. Some bookings were 3 years in the future.
